About JAT
JAT was created in the fall of 1981 with a goal of providing carpet and upholstery cleaning services to local community families with an emphasis on quality workmanship. We understood in the beginning that in order to gain the trust of the community, we needed to establish ourselves as a company that had the consumer’s interest first.
We have accomplished this by being fair, but diligent when addressing customer’s needs and wants while smartly assisting them in the tradeoffs. In addition, we focused our hiring process with an emphasis on personnel that had the same passion for this industry as well as the community they serve. These ideals have been instrumental to our success and are the basis for our company’s core values. They include:
